The Blended GCDF Certification program is an intensive course of instruction that leads to national certification, as recognized by the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc. (CCE). If you work with job-seeker customers who are re-entering the workplace, up-grading their level of employment, or are moving into employment for the first time, you know how challenging it can be. Many people who do this have learned "in the trenches", without the benefit of formal training or education. If you're one of these folks, or if you're new to the career development field and want to learn the skills you need to be considered a professional, the GCDF Certification may be for you. The program is designed for career counselors, job developers, case managers, career coaches, career center staff, trainers, job coaches, employer reps, outplacement staff, and interviewers. The Blended GCDF Certification program requires only three (3) face-to-face classroom sessions with all additional activities and assignments completed independently and online. Your instructor/webmaster/online facilitator is Beth Lengel, curriculum developer and expert on the online version of this program.
