The ability to communicate effectively is one of the most important skills in working with co-workers and customers. This one-day workshop is designed to develop excellent communication skills. An active, participatory approach will enable the learning process while reviewing basic, intermediate, and advanced communication skills and applications. Topics include active listening, giving feedback, the effect of personality on communication style, workplace communication issues, and many others.
