In this highly interactive one-day course, you will learn how to administer and interpret the SDS assessment. Topics will include discussions of customer preparation, as well as instrument reliability and validity. Gain a greater understanding of the online version, including how to get more out of the SDS when using O*Net. Through interactive practice and hands-on learning, you will increase your comfort level and confidence in administering and interpreting the various versions of the SDS.
