From Points South (Columbia):

• Rte. 29N to Rte. 70W to Rte. 32 (Exit 80)
• Follow Rte. 32 to Eldersburg; turn left onto Rte. 26W; bear right onto Rte. 97 towards Westminster.
• Proceed on Rte. 97 to Rte. 140 West at traffic light.
• Go to the third traffic light. At this light the Town Mall of Westminster is on your right and a 7-11 store is on your left. Turn left onto Center Street.
• Turn right at North Street (1st street on right) directly opposite the Carroll County Government office building.
• BERC is located on the 2nd floor of the 2-story former school building. Parking is on your left.

From Points West (Frederick):

• Rte. 26E to Rte. 27N at Taylorsville
• Follow Rte. 27N to Westminster; will become Liberty Street at the city limits.
• After crossing Main Street, Rte. 27N becomes Railroad Avenue.
• Bear right onto Rte. 140 East; stay in the right lane to the first light at Center Street.
• Turn right onto Center Street.
• Turn right at North Street (1st street on right) directly opposite the Carroll County Government office building.
• BERC is located on the 2nd floor of the 2-story former school building. Parking is on your left.

From Points East (Baltimore):

• Follow 695 (Baltimore Beltway) to 795 (exit 19, Northwest Expressway) to Rte. 140W.
• Continue on Rt. 140 approximately 13 miles to Westminster.
• At the traffic light where the Town Mall of Westminster is on your right and a 7-11 store is on your left, turn left onto Center Street.
• Turn right at North Street (1st street on right) directly opposite the Carroll County Government office building.
• BERC is located on the 2nd floor of the 2-story former school building. Parking is on your left.
